2020 New Brunswick Provincial Election


The 2020 New Brunswick Provincial Election took place on September 14, 2020, to elect members for the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick for all 49 provincial electoral districts. Progressive Conservative secured 27 seats, which constitutes 55.10% of the total seats, alongside receiving 38.50% of the popular vote. A total number of 376,247 votes were casted in the election. There were totally 228 candidates ran for 49 seats across the 49 districts.

There were totally 228 candidates competed for seats. Progressive Conservative won 27 seats, making up 55.10% of the total seats being elected, while receiving 38.50% of the popular vote. Liberal Party won 17 seats (34.69%), NB Green Party won 3 seats (6.12%) and People's Alliance of NB won 2 seats (4.08%)
