2018 New Brunswick Provincial Election


The 2018 New Brunswick Provincial Election took place on September 24, 2018, to elect members for the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick for all 49 provincial electoral districts. Progressive Conservative secured 22 seats, which constitutes 44.90% of the total seats, alongside receiving 31.89% of the popular vote. A total number of 380,363 votes were casted in the election. There were totally 241 candidates ran for 49 seats across the 49 districts.

There were totally 241 candidates competed for seats. Progressive Conservative won 22 seats, making up 44.90% of the total seats being elected, while receiving 31.89% of the popular vote. Liberal Party won 21 seats (42.86%), People's Alliance of NB won 3 seats (6.12%) and NB Green Party won 3 seats (6.12%)
